Appointments
Our responsive front office staff will happily schedule an appointment
for you during our regular hours, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am -
5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am-12:00 pm. Our answering service is available to
take calls after hours and on weekends.
All messages will be relayed to
the office.
Initial Exam
During your initial exam
Dr. Ganthier, a retinal specialist, will dilate your pupils so that he
can perform a comprehensive retinal evaluation. Bright lights,
specialized lenses, and cameras will be used to view your eyes, with
special emphasis on your retina. The dilating drops can cause your
vision to be blurred and/or make you temporarily light sensitive.
Therefore, we recommend you bring sunglasses and arrange for
transportation to and from the office.
Please bring
your insurance cards, photo ID, and a list of all medications you are
currently taking.
Payment Policies
Dr. Ganthier is a participating
provider for Medicare, Blue Cross / Blue Shield of Florida, Cigna,
Florida Hospital
and many other insurance plans.
If you do not have insurance, the staff will provide you cost
estimates or will assist
you in structuring a payment schedule.
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover payments.
Payment is expected at the time of service.
